Does Crystella offer maintenance?

If you have any questions or need assistance with your Crystella system, our Customer Service Team is always available.

What happens if my system breaks down?

The Crystella Customer Service Team can assist you should you experience any issues. If water is not being dispensed from the taps, it’s most likely due to a secondary issue such as power, thermostat level or having the flow control set to the wrong position.

Is Crystella water safe to drink?

Absolutely. We install a water filter in line with your Crystella unit to ensure you and your customers enjoy the highest-quality tasting water.

Can I customise my Crystella system?

Your Crystella system includes 2 taps. We don’t offer single taps as our market research has shown that having both sparkling and still water is the preferred option for businesses and hospitality venues.
